COMPLEMENTARY THERAPIES – TAI CHI CLASSES

All the Tai Chi classes are available to people who have had a cancer diagnosis by appointment and on referral by a consultant or a nurse. Further details are available by contacting 061-485163. All therapies are free of charge.

Tai Chi is a gently Chinese martial art. It emphasises complete relaxation and is characterised by soft, slow flowing repetitive exercises called forms. It has often been called “meditations in motion” using movement, mediation and breathing to train the muscles and nerves to improve health and well being.

Time: Beginners Class 5pm till 6pm / Advanced Class 4pm till 5pm
