Ta’I Chi is a gentle Chinese martial art. It emphasises complete relaxation and is characterised by soft, slow flowing gentle repetitive exercises called forms. It has often been called ‘meditation in motion’ using movement, meditation and breathing to train the muscles and nerves and improve health and well-being.
Ta’I Chi offers the following benefits;
